I had a decent stay at the hotel, which is conveniently located near the business district and a shopping mall. The rooms were spacious and clean, but I did notice that they aren't soundproof, which was a bit disappointing. The service was professional and nice, though they were slow in clearing tables. Overall, it was good value for money, but there was room for improvement in a few areas.

I found the hotel to be in a great location, right across from Harbour Bay Mall and near the ferry station. The service, however, left a lot to be desired, as I ended up waiting for hours during lunch with little communication. The rooms could definitely use some attention when it comes to cleanliness, especially the bathroom area. Overall, the value for money is decent given the location, but I hope they improve on the service and room cleanliness.
